Do I need permanent residency?
You need valid identification. Tax-ID requirements for signing a lease depend on your specific situation — that is something we confirm with you directly.
What currency is my foreign income assessed in?
It is converted to pesos at the prevailing exchange rate so it can be compared against the rent. Income in dollars or euros usually stands very well.
I don't speak Spanish. What now?
